The Doctor of Hospitality and Restaurant Management (HM.D) dual degree program is an applied research-oriented program in which students will study subjects in research and research implementation step by step with the Instructor’s support and supervision. If the student wishes to publish international articles on the ISI/SCOPUS system or in international journals owned or affiliated with Paris-U after completing their studies, they will be guided through a separate route.
The program is three years long. The method of instruction consists of a combination of globally live-streamed lectures (Live Classes) and online tutors and instructors.
Mandatory modules:
Students will complete each phase of their PhD thesis after each course.
Doctoral thesis stage (60 credits)
The Doctor of Science thesis will be related to knowledge development in hospitality management.
The HM.D program, unlike other Ph.D. programs, does not require at least one scientific article to be published in the ISI/SCOPUS system or in journals owned or affiliated with Paris-U. If candidates have ambitions, they will be guided and deployed along their own path.
