Doctor of Philosophy in Majors Dual Qualifications with UITM (By Research)

Dual Qualifications program:

The program is carried out by Paris-U, and UITM also recognizes the result, providing students the opportunity to earn two distinct and independent degrees. Both institutions, Paris-U and UITM Poland, are distinguished by prestigious accreditations, underscoring their dedication to high educational standards and ensuring that graduates with a doctorate receive widespread recognition.

Paris-U achieved more than 3 independent accreditations:

• Highest level accreditation (Premier Institution) from ASIC UK (Accreditation Service for International Schools, Universities, and Colleges);
• Accreditation of the educational management system is fully compatible with the European Union’s higher education standards control system by the independent accreditation organization HEAD (Higher Education Accreditation Department);
• Programmatic accreditation by the Ofqual UK.Gov awarding body OTHM;
• CPD (Continuing Professional Development) UK accreditation ensures that the program meets the professional development training model and that the output of the programs achieves the competencies desired by the labor market;

Learning Method:

The program is designed for both studying full-time on our campus in France and for international learners and busy people by embracing the Hybrid model, which combines live classes and local tutors (online). With the Hybrid learning model, students can study and earn degrees as traditional students.

The Doctor of Philosophy in Majors Dual Qualifications program (By Research) with UITM has a minimum duration of three years and a maximum of five years. In addition to completing their PhD dissertation, doctoral candidates receive guidance on publishing international papers in journal systems affiliated with ISI/SCOPUS. This dual focus ensures a comprehensive approach to academic and research excellence throughout the program.

Graduating from the Doctor of Philosophy Dual Qualifications program, the learner can:

• Understanding how to develop and establish fresh theoretical and practical foundations for research learners are lecturers;
• Understanding the scientific research method as the foundation to form the research for your organization and industry.

Assessment and Confirmation of Academic Results:

All modules and doctoral dissertations in the Doctor of Philosophy Dual Qualifications program, which follows a research-oriented model, are evaluated by UITM Poland (following the suggestions of Centrum Kształcenia Lifelong Learning) and Paris-U.

Learners are required to demonstrate mastery of knowledge and the attainment of competencies as outlined in detail in the program’s syllabus. This rigorous evaluation process ensures that candidates meet the established standards and objectives of the program.

Entry requirements:

To enroll the Doctor of Philosophy in Majors Dual Qualifications program, the learner must possess one of the criteria below:

• Learners must be over 24 years old, and

• Hold a Master’s degree from an accredited university; or
• Possess a Level 7 Diploma according to the European Qualifications Framework.

In case of such degree from a non-recognized university, the student should have followed the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) policy of Paris-U. Additionally, degrees from fake universities or diploma mills will not be accepted.

Note: Paris-U reserves the highest decision-making power for admission, whether to accept or not, after a specific review of each candidate’s profile to ensure they can comprehend and gain benefits when participating.

English requirements:

If a learner is not from a predominantly English-speaking country, they must prove English language proficiency with one of the following:

• Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2 or equivalent; or
• A minimum TOEFL score of 101 or IELTS 6.5; Reading and Writing must be at 6.5 or equivalent
