Paris-U respects the intellectual property rights of our Content Providers, instructors, users, and other third parties, and our users are expected to do the same while utilizing the Services. We retain the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate the accounts of users who persistently infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others, or are repeatedly accused of doing so. If you suspect that content on the Paris-U platform violates your copyright, the authority allows you (or your agent) to submit us a notification requesting that the content be withdrawn or that access to it be stopped.
The physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple copyrighted works located on the platform are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works); identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity; and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and email address (if accessible); a declaration that the complaining party has a good faith conviction that the copyright owner, its agent, or the law has not permitted the material’s use in the way in question; and a declaration under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is true and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed.

Before submitting a notification, we recommend consulting with a legal professional. Also, be aware that the authority may impose fines for fraudulent accusations.
Additionally, Paris-U respects the trademark rights of others. Paris-U may, at its sole discretion, update, suspend, deactivate, or terminate accounts containing any other content that misleads others or violates another’s trademark. If you are worried that someone may be using your trademark without authorization on our services, please send us an email at support@paris-u.fr and we will evaluate your claim. If we think it appropriate, we may delete the offensive content, warn the user who uploaded it, and/or temporarily or permanently deactivate or suspend the user’s account.
