MA in HR Dual Qualifications

2 Master's qualification from France and Croatia

Human Resource Management (HRM) is an essential part of every business, especially in larger companies and multinational corporations.

In modern times, HR managers and professionals go beyond mere administrative roles. They are key players in strategic activities such as recruitment, training, development, and retention of employees, aligning these efforts with the organization’s goals.

Apart from having a thorough understanding of the HRM sector, these professionals must also be adept in organizational operations, strategic thinking, and leadership. This broader perspective enables them to collaborate effectively with executive management and contribute significantly to the organization’s strategic planning.
